Please do NOT bring in an undeclared pet.
It violates your lease, forfeits your security deposit, and poses health risks
to owners and guests of pet-free properties.
If you have severe allergies, "not pet-friendly" is not the same as pet-free
and unfortunately we have had irresponsible guests try to sneak in pets
to properties that were legitimately pet-free.
Our pet-friendly properties are: Bay Breeze, Flip Flop Inn,
The Playhouse, Robyn's Nest, and Southern Breezes-Nor'wester.
Our cancellation policy is a refund less the booking and processing fees
if canceled more than 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellation refunds closer to check-in are only given
if we are able to re-book the property for your dates.
